United Volta Association, Inc., is a not-for-profit socio-cultural organization in the Tri-State Area of NY, NJ, and CT. United Volta Association, Inc.—This association resulted from the merging of Ewe Unity Club, which was formed in 1986, and Ewe Habobo. The merger was finalized in 1995 and inaugurated in 1996. The association’s motive was to pull together the resources of all citizens to bring about sustainable development in our communities.
We foster the social and economic welfare of all our members by providing benevolent activities such as christenings, birthday parties, funerals, social gatherings, and send-off parties. Additionally, we host occasional fundraising activities, including auctions, cultural performances, and cruise promotions.

Our mission is to promote and enhance/unity and cooperation among members. Foster cooperation and friendship between the association and other African/American associations with similar aims and objectives.
